Triad Neuropsychology and Forensic Services is a private neuropsychological practice based in Mebane, NC, which is centrally located 20 minutes west of Durham and 30 minutes east of Greensboro.  Dr. Sedlak is also willing and able to travel around the state (primarily to major cities) to provide services in convenient locations to those in need.  A non-refundable convenience fee of $150 is assessed for any office from Winston-Salem to Raleigh to cover the cost of the office space.  For offices outside of this area (e.g., Charlotte), additional fees may be charged to compensate for provider’s time/expense, which can be discussed with the provider during initial consultation.  

Primary Office Location in 202 North 5th Street, Suite B, Mebane NC 27302:

Dr. Sedlak’s primary office is located two blocks north of the railroad tracks on the east side of the street.  You’ll see a brick building with ramp/stairs and black railing; Suite B is last door on the left at the top of the stairs.  Street parking is available immediately outside the building; there is also plenty of surface lot parking across the street next to Dollar General.  

About Mebane:

Mebane is a small, walkable town.  If you are accompanied by someone who will be waiting during your evaluation, there is plenty to do, including a variety of local shops and restaurants within 1-3 blocks, including a library, coffee shop, deli, ice cream shop, and more.  There is also a local Mexican food truck that parks regularly in the lot across from the office.
